Opóźnienie we wdrażaniu Systemu Roweru Metropolitalnego MEVO
Jest kolejne opóźnienie we wdrażaniu Systemu Roweru Metropolitalnego MEVO. Wykonawca nie zgłosił gotowości do jego uruchomienia – poinformowało Stowarzyszenie Obszar Metropolitalny Gdańsk – Gdynia – Sopot. Początkowo start pilotażu planowano na 18 listopada. Termin przesunięto jednak o trzy tygodnie, m.in. z powodu trudności przy montażu stacji spowodowanych brakiem rąk do pracy na rynku budowlano – remontowym. Teraz w oświadczeniu przesłanym do naszej redakcji czytamy, że: „Do dziś Wykonawca nie zgłosił gotowości, a co za tym idzie nie zostały przeprowadzone testy i odbiory systemu.” Taką gotowość spółka NB Tricity powinna wyrazić na 2 tygodnie przed rozpoczęciem pierwszego etapu. Data uruchomienia systemu uzależniona jest przede wszystkim od przekazania roweru, aplikacji na urządzenia mobilne do jego wypożyczania oraz centrum monitoringu, czyli oprogramowania do śledzenia w czasie rzeczywistym lokalizacji rowerów oraz stanu naładowania baterii. Wszystko to trzeba też sprawdzić pod kątem wymogów zamówienia. System Roweru Metropolitalnego MEVO ma obejmować 14 gmin – od Trójmiasta przez Rumię, Redę i Puck do Władysławowa oraz przez Żukowo i Kartuzy do Stężycy i Sierakowic. Flota liczyć będzie 4 tys. 080 rowerów, które będzie można bezpłatnie oddać przy jednej z 660 stacji.
