Warsztaty dla rodziców o zdrowym odżywianiu dzieci w Kościerzynie
Będą spotykać się z pediatrą, dietetykiem i pielęgniarką środowiskową by poznać zasady zdrowego żywienia dzieci. 15 rodziców z Kościerzyny rozpoczęło zajęcia w ramach projektu „Jesteśmy tym, co jemy”.
Realizuje go wspólnie z kościerskim MOPS-em stowarzyszenie Factum. Oprócz warsztatów dla rodziców, organizatorzy planują prelekcje o zbilansowanej diecie maluchów w żłobkach a także akcje promocyjne na rynku miasta. Na dzisiejszym pierwszym spotkaniu dla rodziców podkreślano, że to nie geny odgrywają główna rolę w preferencjach smakowych i kondycji organizmu a właśnie zdrowe nawyki żywieniowe matki w ciąży oraz w pierwszych latach życia dziecka. Potwierdza to jedna z uczestniczek pani Justyna.
Projekt jest dofinansowany w ramach ogólnopolskiego programu „1000 pierwszych dni dla zdrowia” Fundacji NUTRICIA. O zasadach zdrowego żywienia można się też dowiedzieć na stronie programu www.1000dni.pl.
