„Bezpieczna droga do szkoły” już we wrześniu
Straże miejskie i gminne z województwa pomorskiego łączą siły – w akcji „Bezpieczna droga do szkoły”.
Zadbają, by dzieci w rozpoczynającym się roku szkolnym bezpiecznie pokonywały przejścia dla pieszych. Udział w akcji zadeklarowało 19 straży, m.in. z Gdańska, Gdyni, Helu, Kobylnicy, Kolbud, Kościerzyny, Pucka, Rumi czy Sopotu. – Nawiązaliśmy współpracę, pomysł wyszedł od nas, ale może w przyszłości swoje propozycje będą miały także inne straże – mówił dziś na naszej antenie szef strażników miejskich w Rumi Roman Świrski. Kulminacja akcji będzie w pierwszych tygodniach września, jednak działania już się rozpoczęły. Strażnicy sprawdzają infrastrukturę drogową – w tym oznakowania przejść dla pieszych czy stan barierek. W Rumi znaleziono dwa przejścia do poprawki. Od 01 do 16 września strażnicy w całym województwie będą pomagać najmłodszym w pokonywaniu przejść dla pieszych oraz uczyć ich zasad właściwego zachowania na jezdni.
