W Trójmieście działa już usługa car-sharingu
Na początek udostępniono 130 aut – w Gdyni, Sopocie i Gdańsku działa już usługa „car – sharingu”. Umożliwia ona korzystanie z samochodów bez konieczności ich zakupu – wypożyczamy je do poruszania się na stosunkowo niewielkich dystansach.
W Trójmieście od piątku można korzystać ze 130 samochodów, w tym 50 udostępniono w różnych dzielnicach Gdyni. Żeby wypożyczyć auto najpierw trzeba ściągnąć na telefon aplikację. Ta pokaże, gdzie znajduje się najbliższy pojazd i poinstruuje, co zrobić, żeby z niego skorzystać – deklarował wiceprezydent Gdyni Bartosz Bartoszewicz. Docelowo car-sharing działać będzie w siedmiu pomorskich miastach. Do Trójmiasta dołączy też: Rumia, Reda, Wejherowo i Pruszcz Gdański. List intencyjny w tej sprawie podpisali w sierpniu samorządowcy oraz firmy wdrażający usługę, czyli Keratronik, Panek i Traficar.
