W ten weekend rozpoczynamy świętowanie Nocy Kupały
Kaszubi już w ten weekend rozpoczynają świętowanie Nocy Kupały czyli czasu przesilenia letniego związanego z różnego rodzaju magicznymi obrzędami i zwyczajami.
Już od pogańskich czasów sobótki było to święto poświęcone żywiołom wody i ognia, które miały oczyszczać z wszelkiego zła. Było to również święto miłości, płodności, słońca i księżyca. Pod wpływem chrześcijaństwa pogańskie święto połączono z wigilią nocy świętego Jana. Choć pradawne zwyczaje pozostały, a w niektórych miejscach kultywowane są do dziś. O czym Ania Cupa – Dziemińska.
Sprawdzimy w niedzielę jakie kaszubskie zwyczaje obchodzone będą na gminnej sobótce w Jeleńskiej Hucie w gminie Szemud. 21 czerwca będzie tam nasze letnie studio – a w nim Agnieszka Łukasik i Dominik Lewicki, słuchajcie transmisji od 15:00 do 18:00.
