W Smętowie Granicznym pociąg towarowy zderzył się z osobowym
W Smętowie Granicznym na trasie z Gdańska do Bydgoszczy zderzyły się pociągi – towarowy z osobowym. Nikt nie zginął, nie ma też ciężko rannych.
Do wypadku doszło około 22:00. Uczestniczył w nim pociąg Pogoria relacji Gdynia Główna – Bielsko Biała/Zakopane, w którym podróżowało około dwustu pasażerów. Jak podaje PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe nie wiadomo z jakiego powodu pociąg towarowy wjechał z toru bocznego mimo sygnału „stój”. Spowodowało to starcie z pociągiem Pogoria prawidłowo jadącym torem głównym. Wykoleiła się lokomotywa pociągu PKP Inter City oraz siedem z jedenastu wagonów. Nikt z podróżnych oraz obsługi pociągu poważnie nie ucierpiał. Jak poinformowała rzecznik prasowy pomorskiego wojewody Małgorzata Sworobowicz, 28 poszkodowanym osobom udzielono pomocy w szpitalach: w Starogardzie Gdańskim, Grudziądzu, Kwidzynie oraz gdańskim Copernicusie. Są lekko ranni. Uruchomiono numer infolinii, pod którym rodziny poszkodowanych mogą dowiedzieć się o swoich bliskich. To: 58 302 32 32. Jak podała PKP PLK około godz. 03:00 nad ranem wznowiono ruch pociągów – składy dalekobieżne mogą przejeżdżać przez stację. Przyczyny wypadku w Smętowie zbada specjalna komisja.
28 osób zostało rannych w zderzeniu pociągów w Smętowie Granicznym na trasie z Gdańska do Bydgoszczy. Obrażenia nie zagrażają ich życiu. Pociąg Pogoria jadący z Gdyni do Bielsko Białej i Zakopanego około 22:00 zderzył się ze składem towarowym, który wyjechał z bocznego toru mimo synagłu „stój”. Wykoleiła się lokomotywa pociągu dalekobieżnego oraz siedem z jedenastu wagonów. Nikt z podróżnych oraz obsługi pociągu poważnie nie ucierpiał. 28 poszkodowanym osobom udzielono pomocy w szpitalach. Wszystkim zapewniono opiekę i możliwość dalszej podróży – Pogorią jechało około 200 pasażerów. Około 3:00 nad ranem w Smętowie wznowiono ruch pociągów. Przyczyny wypadku są badane. Uruchomiono numer infolinii, pod którym rodziny poszkodowanych mogą dowiedzieć się o swoich bliskich. To: 58 302 32 32.
W Smętowie Granicznym trwa usuwanie skutków nocnego wypadku. Pociągi kursują sprawnie przez stację – informuje PKP PLK. Około 22:00 pociąg relacji Gdynia – Bielsko Biała/Zakopane wiozący 200 pasażerów zderzył się tam z pociągiem towarowym, który wyjechał z bocznego toru. 28 osób zostało lekko rannych, trafili do czterech szpitali. Stacja Smętowo znajduje się na linii Gdańsk – Bydgoszcz, podczas wypadku wykoleiła się lokomotywa pociągu dalekobieżnego oraz siedem z jedenastu wagonów, Około 3:00 nad ranem ruch udrożniono, służby techniczne pracują nad zabraniem taboru z torów. Według wstępnych szacunków uszkodzonych jest 400 metrów toru i dwa rozjazdy. Trwa ustalanie przyczyn wypadku. Nadal działa numer telefonu, pod którym rodziny poszkodowanych mogą się dowiedzieć o swoich bliskich – 58 302 32 32. Uruchomiono też numer, pod którym podróżni mogą dowiedzieć się o możliwości odzyskania bagażu i ubiegania się o odszkodowanie. Oba udostępniono m.in. na facebooku PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe.
