„W rytmie Kaszub” samorządy chcą promować region
„W rytmie Kaszub” – pod takim hasłem przedstawiciele pomorskich samorządów chcą promować region. Burmistrzowie, wójtowie i samorządowcy z Metropolitalnego Forum Norda spotkali się dzisiaj w Wejherowie, by zaprezentować swoje pomysły.
– Kaszubska kultura jest nieco egzotyczna dla mieszkańców innych regionów kraju i może być doskonałym magnesem na turystów – mówi dyrektor wejherowskiego Muzeum Pismiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko – Pomorskiej, Tomasz Fopke.
Forum powołano 4 lata temu, aby umożliwić bliższą współpracę i promocję samorządów z północnych Kaszub. Uczestnicy dzisiejszego spotkania przedstawili swoje pomysły na promocję kultury regionu. To między innymi szlak kaszubskich nut w Wejherowie, imprezy żeglarskie w Jastarni czy Władysławowie, a także imprezy kulturalne typu Globaltica w Gdyni. Metropolitalne Forum Norda zrzesza dzisiaj samorządowców i działaczy kulturalnych z 24 gmin.
