W Krokowej znowu odbędzie się odcinek Skandia Marathon
W Krokowej znów odbędzie się odcinek prestiżowego Skandia Marathon. To impreza kolarska dla zawodowców oraz amatorów, tworzona przez organizatorów Tour De Pologne. – Wczoraj podpisali oni umowę z władzami gminy, termin imprezy wyznaczono na piąty lipca tego roku – komentował wójt gminy Krokowa, Henryk Doering. Skandia Marathon startuje z Warszawy, odcinkami będzie się odbywać między innymi w Krakowie czy Kwidzynie. Wystartują zawodowcy ale też i amatorzy – szczególnie zaproszone są rodziny z dziećmi. Trasa ma być podzielona na trzy stopnie trudności, a każdy zawodnik – który chce się ścigać lub po prostu pojeździć dla rozrywki – będzie mieć mierzony czas. – To pozwoli porównać swoje wyniki z innymi kolarzami – mówi Czesław Lang, obecny na wczorajszym podpisaniu umowy w gminie Krokowa. Lang dodaje, że przygotowano trzydzieści bezpłatnych starterów dla mieszkańców gminy Krokowa, zwalniając ich z wpisowego na zawody. Nie dotyczy to tylko drużyny kolarskiej, która zarejestrowała się w tamtejszym Centrum Kultury. Pięcioro zawodników z koszulkami gminy Krokowa wystartuje w Warszawie i na innych odcinkach, do Krokowej wrócą piątego lipca.
