W Chwaszczynie rusza kolejna runda bezpłatnych zajęć z samoobrony w systemie Defendo. Skierowane są one do wszystkich- młodzieży, kobiet i mężczyzn.
– Będzie można poprawić swoją sprawność ogólną, zwiększyć wytrzymałość i koordynację ruchową – zapowiada organizator zajęć Jarosław Niewiadomski.
Poza umiejętnościami praktycznymi, uczestnicy zostaną zapoznani z najnowszymi osiągnięciami z zakresu psychologii i biomechaniki oraz zasadami postępowania i zachowania się w sytuacjach zagrożenia zdrowia i życia. Zajęcia z samoobrony są bezpłatne, odbywać się będą w podczas trwającego roku szkolnego w Szkole Podstawowej w Chwaszczynie, w środy od godz. 20:00.
