Uwaga na fałszywe faktury za energię elektryczną
Uwaga na fałszywe faktury za energię elektryczną – ostrzega swoich klientów Energa.
Docierają do niej sygnały z obszaru Trójmiasta o podejrzanych fakturach, do których dołączone było pismo o zmianach m.in. numeru telefonu obsługi Energa, „które jest fałszywe i również nie zostało wysłane przez naszą firmę” – informuje Energa w komunikacie na swojej stronie internetowej. Radzi klientom by byli ostrożni i w razie wątpliwości upewniali się co do autentyczności faktury. W tym celu należy sprawdzić czy jest na niej podany prawidłowo numer klienta, czy numer konta do wpłaty jest właściwy, czy faktura przyszła w kopercie firmowej Energi oraz czy została wysłana z Brodnicy. Jak to wygląda na przykładowej fakturze zademonstrowano na stronie internetowej www.energa.pl.
