Dotyczy on utworzenia w województwie pomorskim regionalnego, zintegrowanego systemu opłat za przewozy w transporcie zbiorowym oraz jednolitej informacji pasażerskiej. Oznacza to, że będziemy mogli podróżować na podstawie jednolitego, zintegrowanego biletu elektronicznego. Niezależnie od środków transportu i ilości przesiadek system wybierze najlepszą ofertę dla pasażera. Ponadto podróżujący będzie mieć możliwość płacenia za przejazd gotówką, korzystając ze smartfonu, karty płatniczej lub karty miejskiej.
Dodatkowo planowane są inne udogodnienia jak: informacja pasażerska zintegrowana dla województwa, planer podróży, w tym dla osób niepełnosprawnych oraz specjalne oferty łączące opłaty za przejazd z usługami turystycznymi.
Wdrożenie programu ma nastąpić do 30 czerwca 2020 roku, a jego szacowany całkowity koszt wynosi 55 mln zł. Założono, że poziom dofinansowania ze środków unijnych wyniesie 85 procent.
