Ustawa o sprzedaży ziemi do Trybunału Konstytucyjnego
Politycy Platformy Obywatelskiej zamierzają zgłosić ustawę o sprzedaży ziemi rolnej do Trybunału Konstytucyjnego. Zapowiedzieli to w Żukowie podczas specjalnej konferencji.
Obecni w Żukowie posłowie PO zwracali uwagę, że ustawa może skutkować między innymi obcięciem unijnych dotacji. W dyskusji udział wzięli między innymi były wiceminister rolnictwa Kazimierz Plocke oraz Henryka Krzywonos-Strycharska. Nowa ustawa o obrocie ziemią rolną przyjęta głosami posłów PiS, wejdzie w życie w maju br. Zakłada ona między innymi, że nabywcą ziemi rolnej może być jedynie rolnik indywidualny, czyli osoba fizyczna, która osobiście gospodaruje na gruntach do 300 hektarów, posiada kwalifikacje rolnicze oraz od co najmniej 5 lat zamieszkuje w gminie gdzie jest położone gospodarstwo.
