Jak obronić się przed atakiem napastnika i przełamać strach w takiej sytuacji – uczą w Chwaszczynie na bezpłatnych kursach samoobrony.
– Szkolimy w systemie Karate i Kickboxingu oraz najnowszym osiągnięciu Defendo – mówi organizator Jarosław Niewiadomski.
Sierpniowe zajęcia skierowane są zarówno do młodzieży jak i dorosłych. Nie ma ograniczeń wiekowych. Można się dowiedzieć jak postępować w sytuacjach zagrożenia zdrowia i życia. Uczestnicy nabędą też praktyczne umiejętności. Zajęcia będą się odbywać do końca sierpnia w Szkole w Chwaszczynie. W każda środę o godzinie 20.00 z samoobrony Defendo, we wtorki i czwartki o 17.30 z karate, godzinę później z kickboxingu.
