Turyści w tym sezonie szturmowali pomorskie muzea
Deszczowa pogoda przyciągnęła o ponad 10 proc. więcej odwiedzających niż rok temu.
– Turyści chcą poznawać ciekawostki i historię regionu – mówi dyrektor Muzeum Ziemi Kościerskiej Krzysztof Jażdżewski.
Nasze województwo rocznie odwiedza około 5 i pół mln turystów, z czego ponad połowę stanowią goście z zagranicy. Najczęściej odwiedzają Trójmiasto, Malbork, Łebę i Półwysep Helski. Według danych Pomorskiej Regionalnej Organizacji Turystycznej w Gdańsku – coraz większą popularnością cieszą się też Kaszuby i Kociewie. Tu najczęściej odwiedzają Kościerzynę, Szymbark i Wdzydze. W Kościerzynie trzy tamtejsze muzea łącznie tego lata odwiedziło ponad 60 tysięcy turystów.
