Trwa akcja „100 milionów drzew do 2017 roku”
Na Kaszubach trwa akcja „100 milionów drzew do 2017 roku”. Włączyło się w nią 157 krajów z całego świata. Kampania skierowana jest głównie do dzieci i młodzieży w wieku 4-18 lat.
– Drzewka sadzono na odnawialnej powierzchni – mówi Jarosław Pawlikowski.
Przewiduje sadzenie rodzimych gatunków drzew w danym kraju. W Nadleśnictwie Wejherowo zadrzewiono obszar, który wcześniej został wycięty. Posadzono 9 tysięcy buków i dębów. Około 8 tysięcy młodych sosen posadzono w sobotę w Nadleśnictwie Kartuzy. Do akcji przyłączyli się także politycy i samorządowcy.
Nadleśnictwo Kościerzyna także planuje posadzić kilka tysięcy drzew. Akcja odbędzie się jutro. Miejsce zbiórki zaplanowano przy Centrum Kultury Kaszubskiej „Strzelnica”. Start o godzinie 10.00.
