Trasę S6 można budować – GDOŚ utrzymuje decyzję
Generalna Dyrekcja Ochrony Środowiska utrzymała w mocy decyzję środowiskową na trasę S6 na odcinku od Trójmiasta do Lęborka, którą wcześniej wydał Regionalny Dyrektor Ochrony Środowiska.
Rozpatrzonych zostało 27 odwołań. Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad może bez przeszkód budować drogę S6 w wariancie II-A2. Trasa ta będzie miała 64 km długości, będzie drogą dwujezdniową czteropasmową, z pozostawieniem rezerwy terenu na dobudowę trzeciego pasa ruchu do każdej głównej jezdni drogowej. Ponieważ przebiegać będzie przez kilka obszary chronionych, w celu ograniczenia oddziaływania drogi S6 na środowisko, zaplanowano szereg urządzeń ochrony środowiska, w tym obustronne ogrodzenie drogi o wysokości minimum 2metry 20 cm oraz 17 przejść dla dużych i średnich zwierząt. Decyzja środowiskowa zakłada ponadto wykonanie 134 ekranów akustycznych wzdłuż całej S6 oraz nasadzenia zieleni o łącznej długości ok. 30 km.
