To koniec dialogu, zaczynamy strajk – mówiły pielęgniarki po wczorajszym spotkaniu w Gdańsku, na którym usłyszały że ich postulaty płacowe są nierealne. Do rozmów usiadły z wicemarszałkiem Hanną Zych-Cisoń i szefami pomorskich szpitali.
– Zrobiliśmy tyle, ile było możliwe – mówi Hanna Zych-Cisoń.
Prezesi i dyrektorzy kilkunastu placówek, w tym z Kościerzyny, Wejherowa, Gdańska i Słupska przedstawili realizację postulatów przyjętych po lutowym “okrągłym stole”. Wówczas Komitet Obrony Pielęgniarek i Położnych domagał się m. in. zniesienia dyżurów jednoosobowych, partycypacji w kosztach szkoleń podnoszących kwalifikacje, a przede wszystkim – wprowadzenia stawek godzinowych i podwyższenia płac o 1 tys. 500 złotych w ciągu trzech lat. Te dwa ostatnie uznano za nierealne do spełnienia.
Zupełnie inne zdanie na ten temat mają pielęgniarki. Mimo realizacji przez większość szpitali 10. z 12. postulatów, odrzucenie dwóch podstawowych dotyczących płac, to według przedstawicieli Komitetu, koniec dialogu. – Dalsze rozmowy są bezcelowe – mówi rzecznik Komitetu Obrony Pielęgniarek i Położnych, Ilona Kwiatkowska-Falkowska.
Pierwszym ruchem ma być wejście w spór zbiorowy ze szpitalami. Na 40 takich placówek w województwie pomorskim, kilkanaście już jest w tej sytuacji. Związkowcy zapewniają, że do końca czerwca reszta do nich dołączy.
