Studenci politechniki pomogą w opracowywaniu koncepcji rozwoju
Gmina Bytów podpisała porozumienie o współpracy z Wydziałem Architektury Politechniki Gdańskiej. Chodzi o włączenie studentów i pracowników naukowych w badanie możliwości rozwoju i przekształceń miasta i terenów wiejskich.
– Na początek mają zająć się zagospodarowaniem terenów wokół stawów retencyjnych – mówi zastępca burmistrza Bytowa Andrzej Kraweczyński.
Pomysł narodził się kilka lat temu, gdy samorządowców i urzędników zaproszono na obronę prac dyplomowych mieszkanek gminy – dotyczących koncepcji budowy nowego Bytowskiego Centrum Kultury. Teraz, dzięki nawiązaniu współpracy, studenci Politechniki będą mogli zmierzyć się z realnymi zadaniami, natomiast gmina uzyska dostęp do opracowań badawczych i projektowych pomocnych w podejmowaniu istotnych dla rozwoju miasta decyzji. Pierwsza grupa studentów Politechniki Gdańskiej przyjedzie do Bytowa w październiku.
