Strażacy z Pomorza będą protestować w ogólnopolskiej akcji
Domagają się wzrostu wynagrodzeń o 15 proc. oraz podniesienia stawki za służbę w godzinach nadliczbowych – strażacy z Pomorza przyłączyli się do ogólnopolskiej akcji protestacyjnej. 23 lipca wspólnie z policjantami będą manifestować w Warszawie.
Akcję protestacyjną zainicjowała Krajowa Sekcja Pożarnictwa NSZZ „Solidarność”, która swoje postulaty do rządu składała już od 2013. roku. Strażackie pensje nie były podwyższane od 6 lat. Dlatego związkowcy domagają się wzrostu wynagrodzeń o stopień inflacji w tym czasie, czyli o 15 proc. Żądają też poniesienia stawki za służbę w godzinach nadliczbowych z 60 proc. do 100 proc. stawki godzinowej.
Średnia pensja strażaków to około 2 700 złotych. Według Solidarności, aby zachować płynność finansową komend miejskich i powiatowych należałoby przeznaczyć na ten cel około 20 mln złotych, a także zwiększyć liczbę etatów o blisko 2,5 tysiąca. W ramach akcji protestacyjnej na razie oflagowano budynki komend i transparentami oznaczono pojazdy strażackie.
Według badań opinii publicznej strażacy cieszą się w Polsce największym zaufaniem społecznym sięgającym 94 proc. Zachęcają też wszystkich do poparcia ich protestu i udziału w zaplanowanej na 23 lipca manifestacji w Warszawie.
