Sprawdźmy, czy zabawka jest bezpieczna dla – radzi UOKiK
Zwróćmy uwagę, czy zabawka jest bezpieczna dla dziecka – radzi UOKiK rodzicom w przypadającym dziś Dniu Dziecka. W ubiegłym roku Inspekcja Handlowa stwierdziła nieprawidłowości w ponad 37 procentach zabawek.
Skontrolowano ich prawie 4 tysiące w ponad tysiąc 400 partiach. W 30 zabawkach stwierdzono zbyt dużą ilość ftalanów – na 103 przebadane. Są to substancje używane do produkcji miękkich elementów, np. piłek, lalek, zabawek dla niemowląt. Dopuszczalne stężenie ftalanów w zabawkach to jedna dziesiąta procenta masy z ich dodatkiem – zbyt duże stężenie ma negatywny wpływ na gospodarkę hormonalną dzieci. Najczęściej jednak brakowało wymaganych przez przepisy informacji, czyli nazwy producenta, importera czy ostrzeżeń w języku polskim.
Warto pamiętać przed zakupami na Dzień Dziecka że zwrot zabawki, która nie ma wad, a jedynie nie podoba się dziecku, zależy od dobrej woli sprzedawcy. Wyjątkiem jest sytuacja, gdy kupujemy w sklepie internetowym – w ciągu 14 dni można oddać produkt bez podawania przyczyny.
