Spłonęła dobudówka domu w Kartuzach i mieszkanie w Rumi
Do dwóch poważnych zdarzeń doszło w Rumi i Kartuzach. Do tego strażacy walczą coraz częściej z płonącymi lasami.
– Strażacy podejrzewają, że przyczyną mogło być podpalenie – mówi komendant Edmund Kwidziński.
Dzisiaj w nocy w Kartuzach zapaliła się drewniana dobudówka domu przy ul. Sędzickiego. Dwie osoby uległy zaczadzeniu i trafiły do szpitala. Dużo poważniejsze straty spowodował pożar, który wybuchł w sobotę w jednym z mieszkań w budynku szeregowym w Rumi przy ulicy Dąbrowskiego. Do akcji gaśniczej wysłano 12 zastępów straży pożarnej. – Na szczęście nikt nie ucierpiał, ale straty będą wysokie – ocenia Stanisław Baranowski z Komendy Powiatowej Straży Pożarnej w Wejherowie. Przyczyny tego pożaru na razie nie są znane. Strażacy apelują również o ostrożność w lasach, gdzie ogłoszono trzeci najwyższy stopień zagrożenia pożarowego.
