Śmigłowcem na ratunek – pasażera promu
Załoga śmigłowca ratunkowego Brygady Lotnictwa Marynarki Wojennej ewakuowała dzisiaj pasażera promu płynącego ze Szwecji do Gdańska.
Mężczyzna uskarżał się na silny ból po urazie głowy. Był na pokładzie promu znajdującego się około 60 km na północ od Rozewia. Dotarła tam jednostka Morskiej Służby Poszukiwania i Ratownictwa „Bryza”, ale stan morza i wiatr uniemożliwiły przetransportowanie poszkodowanego na jej pokład. Do akcji wkroczyła załoga śmigłowca, która przetransportowała mężczyznę na lotnisko w Gdyni Babich Dołach i przekazali załodze karetki pogotowia. Brygada Lotnictwa Marynarki Wojennej jest obecnie jedyną w kraju formacją lotniczą utrzymująca całodobową gotowość do prowadzenia działań poszukiwawczo-ratowniczych nad obszarami morskimi.
