Skorzystaj z nieodpłatnej pomocy prawnej
Władysławowo, Kosakowo i Puck – to trzy miejsca w których mieszkańcy powiatu puckiego mogą bezpłatnie skonsultować się z prawnikiem.
– Osoby nie mieszczące się w tych kryteriach nie będą pozostawione samym sobie, dla nich przewidziano inne formy pomocy – uspokaja radca prawny z puckiego punktu Anna Lidzbarska.
Powiatowe starostwo uruchomiło punkty w ramach obowiązującej od 1 stycznia ustawy o nieodpłatnej pomocy prawnej. Jak mówi sekretarz powiatu Janusz Łęgowski – choć na razie za wcześnie na ocenę skuteczności tej formy pomocy, to do starostwa spływały sygnały o potrzebach mieszkańców w tym obszarze. W punktach można zasięgnąć porady z zakresu prawa cywilnego, rodzinnego i pracy, pomocy nie otrzymamy natomiast w dziedzinie prawa handlowego czy prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej. Z usług placówek mogą skorzystać osoby które nie ukończyły 25 lat i po 65 roku życia, kombatanci, weterani oraz ci, którzy pobierają lub w ciągu ostatnich 12 miesięcy pobierali świadczenia z ośrodków pomocy społecznej.
Punkt nieodpłatnej pomocy prawnej w powiecie puckim znaleźć można na puckim rynku, w budynku urzędu miasta we Władysławowie lub na ulicy Fiołkowej obok biblioteki w Kosakowie.
