Siedziba OSP w Chwaszczynie przejdzie metamorfozę
Remiza w Chwaszczynie w gminie Żukowo przejdzie metamorfozę. Siedziba ochotniczej straży pożarnej zostanie powiększona oraz przystosowana do nowych funkcji.
Poprawią się warunki pracy strażaków – ochotników, remiza ma też w większym stopniu służyć mieszkańcom Chwaszczyna. – W nowych pomieszczeniach będzie biblioteka z czytelnią, sala komputerowa oraz wielofunkcyjna – ocenia burmistrz Żukowa Wojciech Kankowski. Zmienić ma się także otoczenie budynku – utwardzony zostanie plac na potrzeby strażackich wozów bojowych, przybędą ławeczki, chodniki, zieleń. To kolejna w gminie Żukowo duża inwestycja w siedzibie OSP. W czerwcu do zupełnie nowej strażnicy wprowadzili się strażacy z Żukowa.
