– Do dyspozycji mają język angielski, niemiecki i rosyjski oraz zajęcia komputerowe i ruchowe. W tym sezonie wzbogaciliśmy ofertę o dodatkowe aktywności – mówi szefowa Instytutu Katarzyna Knopik.
Nordic walking, zumba, fitness i siłownia – tej jesieni z takiej aktywności korzysta ponad stu seniorów z Kościerzyny. Wszystko w ramach Uniwersytetu III wieku, który prowadzi Kaszubski Instytut Rozwoju. Organizacja pozyskała na ten cel 8 tysięcy złotych z Ministerstwa Sportu. Kościerscy seniorzy korzystają już z 9 edycji zajęć Uniwersytetu. Udział w zajęciach jest bezpłatny. Osoby, które chciałyby z nich skorzystać wciąż mogą się zapisywać w biurze Kaszubskiego Instytutu Rozwoju.
