Samorządowcy chcą walczyć z chaosem reklamowym
Walczyć z chaosem reklamowym w naszych miastach i chronić kaszubski krajobraz chcą pomorscy samorządowcy i członkowie Zrzeszenia Kaszubsko – Pomorskiego. Dyskutowali o tym w miniony weekend podczas posiedzenia Rady Naczelnej ZKP w Chojnicach.
– Wciąż jednak czekamy na odpowiednie rozporządzenia do ustaw – mówi burmistrz Wojciech Kankowski.
Nowe narzędzia samorządom w tej sprawie daje nowelizacja szeregu ustaw dotyczących ochrony krajobrazu, które weszły w życie 11 września tego roku. Zgodnie z nimi rady gmin będą mogły wprowadzać zasady i warunki sytuowania tablic i urządzeń reklamowych a także zakazywać reklam w niektórych rejonach miast. Dodatkowo gmina będzie mogła wprowadzać opłatę reklamową. Nowe przepisy chcą wykorzystać między innymi w Żukowie. Sceptycznie nowe przepisy ocenia dyrektor Pomorskiego Biura Planowania Przestrzennego Krzysztof Wojcieszyk. Jego zdaniem ustawa krajobrazowa stawia przed samorządowcami dylemat piękno krajobrazu albo pieniądze. Nowe przepisy zobowiązują samorząd wojewódzki do przygotowania audytu krajobrazowego, gdzie wskazywane będą zagrożenia oraz rekomendacje i wnioski. Pierwszy taki dokument musi być przygotowany w ciągu najbliższych 3 lat.
