RUMIA: Budowa przedłużenia ulicy Kosynierów
Rumia i Reda doczekają się kolejnego połączenia drogowego – po siedmiu latach negocjacji rusza z miejsca sprawa budowy przedłużenia ulicy Kosynierów
Dzięki wybudowaniu zaledwie kilkuset metrów asfaltowej drogi z Rumi do Redy będzie można dojechać omijając od północy Centrum Handlowe Auchan, które jest głównym inwestorem przedłużenia ulicy Kosynierów. Będzie to kolejna, po zmodernizowanym ciągu Cegielniana – Leśna – alternatywa dla często zatłoczonej krajowej szóstki. Umowa między Auchan a samorządami została podpisana siedem lat temu, kiedy centrum dopiero powstawało. Nareszcie udało się dokończyć negocjacje – mówi burmistrz Rumi Elżbieta Rogala-Kończak.
Auchan wpłaciło na konto Redy 6 milionów złotych netto, samorząd będzie wystawiać faktury i rozliczać się z tych pieniędzy już podczas budowy ulicy Kosynierów. Najpierw jednak musi zostać opracowana dokumentacja techniczna. Jeśli starosta wejherowski odstąpi od 90-dniowego terminu i zatwierdzi ją szybciej, budowa nowego połączenia między Redą a Rumią może się rozpocząć już w przyszłym roku.
