„Rodzina 500 plus” zgodnie z zapowiadanym terminem
Program „Rodzina 500 plus” wejdzie w życie 1 kwietnia jak zapowiadano – zapewnił dziś w naszej porannej audycji poseł PiS Marcin Horała.
Zgodnie z projektem ustawy, który trafił już do Sejmu, każdy otrzyma 500 złotych na drugie i kolejne dziecko do momentu osiągnięcia przez nie 18-u lat. Na pierwsze dziecko świadczenie otrzymają rodziny, które spełnią kryterium dochodowe – 800 złotych na osobę lub 1 tys. 200 zł gdy w rodzinie jest dziecko niepełnosprawne. By otrzymać świadczenie trzeba będzie złożyć wniosek w urzędzie gminy lub miasta albo ośrodku pomocy społecznej.
– Program ma obowiązywać od początku kwietnia, termin ten zostanie dotrzymany – ocenia poseł Marcin Horała.
Świadczenie nie będzie wliczane do dochodu przy ubieganiu się o świadczenia z innych systemów wspierających rodzinę. Nie zniknie też ulga podatkowa na dzieci. Program „Rodzina 500 plus” ma zachęcać do posiadania dzieci wszystkie rodziny, dlatego zdaniem posła Horały te bardziej zamożne nie powinny rezygnować z pobierania świadczenia.
