Radni sejmiku województwa pomorskiego zbiorą się dziś na sesji
Radni sejmiku województwa pomorskiego zbiorą się dziś na sesji. Zajmą się dokumentami określającymi politykę przestrzenną regionu w perspektywie roku 2030, a także połączeniem trzech szpitalnych spółek i przekształceniem Wojewódzkiego Zespołu Reumatologicznego w Sopocie.
Sejmik ma dziś uchwalić nowy Plan zagospodarowania przestrzennego województwa pomorskiego 2030 wraz ze stanowiącym jego część projektem Planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego obszaru metropolitalnego Gdańsk – Gdynia – Sopot. Taka formuła współpracy między jednostkami samorządów terytorialnych różnych szczebli była możliwa dzięki porozumieniu zawartemu między Województwem Pomorskim a stowarzyszeniem Obszar Metropolitalny Gdańsk-Gdynia-Sopot i w skali ogólnopolskiej jest ewenementem. Radni sejmiku zajmą się ponadto tematem połączenia trzech spółek szpitalnych: Szpitali Wojewódzkich w Gdyni, Pomorskiego Centrum Chorób Zakaźnych i Gruźlicy w Gdańsku oraz Szpitala Specjalistycznego w Wejherowie. Połączenie to ma umożliwić wypracowanie kompleksowego modelu opieki zdrowotnej nad pacjentami. Radni podejmą także decyzję w sprawie przekształcenia w spółkę prawa handlowego Wojewódzkiego Zespołu Reumatologicznego w Sopocie, które zostało zaplanowane w strategii województwa pomorskiego. Taka forma ma m.in. umożliwić udzielanie świadczeń zdrowotnych poza kontraktem z NFZ oraz bardziej elastyczne reagowanie na potrzeby społeczne w zakresie ochrony zdrowia.
