Radni Sejmiku Województwa Pomorskiego będą dziś debatować
Radni Sejmiku Województwa Pomorskiego zbiorą się dziś na nadzwyczajnej sesji. Zajmą się rezolucją w sprawie uczczenia twórców i obrońców Konstytucji 3 Maja i wezwania władz państwowych do rozwiązania kryzysu konstytucyjnego.
„Bardzo niepokoi nas pogłębiający się i przedłużający kryzys konstytucyjny w relacjach pomiędzy państwowymi władzami: ustawodawczą, wykonawczą i sądowniczą” – czytamy w projekcie uchwały. „Wzywamy więc wszystkie władze państwowe do pilnego rozwiązania kryzysu konstytucyjnego przy poszanowaniu Konstytucji RP i niezawisłości sądów i trybunałów, w tym w szczególności Trybunału Konstytucyjnego i Sądu Najwyższego” – głosi projekt rezolucji. Nadzwyczajna sesja sejmiku w tej sprawie odbędzie się o godzinie 11:00.
