Prawie 6 kg marihuany przechwyciła pomorska straż graniczna i policja – narkotyki były ukryte w podłodze samochodu.
To wynik wspólnych działań Morskiego Oddziału Straży Granicznej i Centralnego Biura Śledczego Policji z Gdańska, dotyczących grupy przestępczej zajmującej się wewnątrzwspólnotowym obrotem narkotyków – głównie marihuany. Ustalono, że są one przemycane przy wykorzystaniu przygotowanych do tego pojazdów. Tym razem narkotyki ukryte były w skrytkach w podwójnej podłodze volkswagena golfa. Środki odurzające trafiły do Polski najprawdopodobniej z Hiszpanii.
Czarnorynkowa wartość zabezpieczonej marihuany to około 300 tys. złotych, mundurowi przejęli też trzy pojazdy. W związku ze sprawą zatrzymano dwóch obywateli Polski: kuriera i odbiorcę marihuany. Mężczyźni usłyszeli zarzut przemytu narkotyków i zostali tymczasowo aresztowani. Grozi im kara pozbawienia wolności od 3 do 15 lat.
