Powstanie sieć bezobsługowych wypożyczalni samochodów
Od Wejherowa, Redy i Rumi przez Trójmiasto po Pruszcz Gdański – powstanie sieć bezobsługowych wypożyczalni samochodów. List intencyjny w tej sprawie podpisali inwestorzy i przedstawiciele samorządów.
Mowa o car sharingu, usłudze działającej już w Krakowie, Warszawie i Wrocławiu. To sieć wynajmu samochodów, które można odebrać z ulicy i odstawić w wyznaczonych przez operatorów strefach. – Rolą samorządów jest ułatwienie inwestorom operacji m.in. przez udostępnienie parkingów – wyjaśnia wiceprezydent Gdyni Bartosz Bartoszewicz. W budowę sieci car sharingu na Pomorzu zaangażowało się trzech inwestorów: Keratronik, Panek i Traficar. Według nich system współdzielenia aut to oszczędność czasu, prostota obsługi oraz zmniejszenie emisji spalin i korków poprzez nawet 10 krotne ograniczenie liczby samochodów na ulicach. Pierwszych 200 hybrydowych samochodów w systemie car sharing ma być dostępnych na Pomorzu do końca tego roku. W ciągu trzech lat będzie to pół tysiąca elektrycznych pojazdów.
