Powiat wejherowski na IV miejscu wśród najbardziej oszczędnych w kraju
Powiat wejherowski jednym z najbardziej oszczędnych w kraju – według rankingu Pisma Samorządu Terytorialnego „Wspólnota”. W kategorii powyżej 75 tysięcy mieszkańców zajął czwarte miejsce.
– Jedną gazetę może przeczytać kilka osób, a na odbiór inwestycji kilka ulic od urzędu nie trzeba jechać samochodem – mówi starosta wejherowski Gabriela Lisius.
Rankingi „Wspólnoty” to zestawienia wszystkich samorządów analizowane na podstawie danych z GUS za miniony rok. Powiat wejherowski jest w czołówce, bo obniżył wydatki w stosunku do ubiegłorocznego zestawienia i w rankingu jeszcze podskoczył o trzy oczka. Oszczędności szukano m.in. w kompleksowych przetargach na ubezpieczenia mienia, energię elektryczną, obcięciu wydatków na telefony komórkowe, służbowe wyjazdy, czy prasę. Pierwsze miejsce w zestawieniu „Wspólnoty” zajął powiat ostrowski w województwie wielkopolskim. Poza wejherowskim pozostałe kaszubskie powiaty w tej kategorii to chojnicki na 63 miejscu, słupski – 78, pucki 89, gdański 90 i kartuski na 128 pozycji.
