Powiat wejherowski będzie współpracować z góralami z nowosądeckiego
W zakresie kultury, turystyki i biznesu będą się wspierali Kaszubi z góralami – powiaty wejherowski i nowosądecki zawarły umowę o partnerskiej współpracy.
Starostowie podpisali ją na spotkaniu w Nowym Sączu w województwie małopolskim. – Mimo geograficznej odległości oba powiaty łączy wiele podobieństw – wyjaśnia wejherowska starosta, Gabriela Lisius. Umowa ma ułatwić kontakty między samorządami, przedsiębiorcami, szkołami oraz placówkami kulturalnymi i sportowymi. Planowane sa m. in wymiany młodzieży, seniorów i wspólna organizacja wydarzeń artystycznych. Z pierwszą wizytą górale przyjadą na Kaszuby w ostatni weekend września. To trzeci samorząd z którym wejherowskie starostwo powiatowe podpisało partnerską umowę. Współpracuje już z gruzińskim miastem Achalcyche oraz Święcianami z okręgu wileńskiego na Litwie.
