Ponad 55 tysięcy litrów nielegalnego paliwa nie trafi do dystrybucji
To wynik ostatnich intensywnych działań pomorskiej Służby Celnej. Funkcjonariusze prowadzą kontrole na obszarze całego województwa.
Mają one zapobiegać uszczupleniom dochodów Skarbu Państwa w zakresie podatku akcyzowego i VAT. Szara strefa w obrocie paliwami płynnymi to również główny problem producentów i dystrybutorów ponoszących straty spowodowane nieuczciwą konkurencją. Istotną kwestią są także problemy z jakością nielegalnego paliwa. Do tej pory pomorscy celnicy zajęli do dalszego postępowania ponad 55 tys. litrów paliwa i zapowiadają dalszą, wzmożoną akcję kontrolną. Za nielegalny obrót paliwami płynnymi grozi kara grzywny do 720 stawek dziennych lub kara pozbawienia wolności do 5 lat.
