Pomorska Służba Celna kolejny raz wspiera potrzebujących. W najbliższych dniach do trzech organizacji i stowarzyszeń trafią buty i odzież, skonfiskowane wcześniej na rzecz Skarbu Państwa.
Jako pierwsze pomoc otrzyma Stowarzyszenie „Pomocna Dłoń” z kujawsko-pomorskiego Strzelna, opiekujące się ponad 140 osobami. Kolejna partia butów trafi do Stowarzyszenia Lewino Natura XXI, które ma pod swoją pieczą 450 osób. To druga transza przekazywana przez celników w tym roku – w kwietniu przedstawiciele 13 fundacji i stowarzyszeń odebrali 2 tysiące 100 par butów. Procedura nie jest skomplikowana i trwa około dwóch tygodni – wyjaśnia Pomorska Służba Celna. Najpierw potrzebny jest wyrok sądu o przepadku tzw. podróbek na rzecz Skarbu Państwa i zgoda właściciela znaku towarowego. Wtedy organizacje mogą wystąpić o zwolnienie towarów z należności celnych. Podrabiane znaki trzeba z odzieży usunąć i można ją przekazać potrzebującym. W ten sposób w ciągu ostatnich trzech lat organizacje charytatywne z całej Polski otrzymały od celników z Pomorza prawie 15 i pół tysiąca sztuk ubrań oraz ponad 16 tys. par butów.
