Pomocy w powrocie na rynek pracy – panie mogą poszukać na bezpłatnych szkoleniach w akcji „Marzec na Obcasach”
Mają być impulsem dla pań do powrotu na rynek pracy – bezpłatne warsztaty i szkolenia w ramach akcji „Marzec na Obcasach”.
Jej myślą przewodnią jest wypracowanie kobiecego przepisu na sukces, bo mimo spadającego bezrobocia to panie są w trudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Stanowią 60 % bezrobotnych w naszym województwie, z tego jedna trzecia nie szuka zatrudnienia po urodzeniu dziecka.

Na bezpłatnych szkoleniach i spotkaniach omawiane będą tematy związane z rozwojem zawodowym, wizerunkiem, motywacją i zarządzaniem emocjami. To już szósta edycja „Marca na obcasach”, ale po raz drugi ma wymiar regionalny – wyjaśnia Klaudia Zagórowicz z Wojewódzkiego Urzędu Pracy w Gdańsku. Marcowe spotkania dla pań odbędą się między innymi w Bytowie, Gdyni, Kartuzach, Kościerzynie, Lęborku, Pucku i Wejherowie.
