Pilotażowa ankieta monitorowania poziomu satysfakcji Pacjenta
Badanie poziomu zadowolenia Pacjentów ze świadczeń zdrowotnych w oparciu o wyniki anonimowej ankiety – to założenie programu monitorowania poziomu satysfakcji Pacjenta, który ruszył 5 listopada w NFZ. Pierwszym etapem jest pilotażowe badanie w zakresie podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej.
Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia chce premiować jakość i dostępność świadczeń, a jednym z narzędzi oceny ma być opinia pacjentów dotycząca opieki i usług. W przyszłości może to być to jedno z kryteriów umożliwiających dodatkowe finansowanie, rodzaj premii dla najlepiej ocenianych podmiotów.
Ankieta skierowana jest wyłącznie do Pacjentów, a udział w niej jest dobrowolny. Zakłada się, że począwszy od 2016 r. ankieta będzie przeprowadzana cyklicznie. Analiza uzyskanych na podstawie ankiet informacji umożliwi opracowanie takich rozwiązań, które usprawnią funkcjonowanie organizacji udzielania świadczeń. Wnioski mogą zostać – w miarę możliwości – przeformułowane na konkretne zalecenia usprawniające funkcjonowanie podmiotów udzielających świadczeń.
Pilotaż programu przewiduje przeprowadzenie ankiety skierowanej do Pacjentów, którzy skorzystali ze świadczeń POZ (z wyłączeniem nocnej i świątecznej pomocy lekarskiej) w ciągu ostatnich 12 miesięcy. W ramach pilotażu przez trzy tygodnie anonimowa ankieta będzie udostępniona pacjentom w formie elektronicznej na stronie internetowej Funduszu, a także w formie papierowej w punktach obsługi pacjentów w siedzibach oddziałów wojewódzkich NFZ.
