Pielęgniarki przygotowują się do rozmów z marszałkiem
Oczekujemy poprawy warunków pracy i realizacji postulatów przyjętych w lutym – mówią pomorskie pielęgniarki. Przygotowują się do ponownych rozmów z pomorskim marszałkiem i dyrektorami szpitali.
– Z Urzędu Marszałkowskiego w Gdańsku przyszła informacja o powrocie do rozmów, mają się one odbyć 18 maja – mówi przewodnicząca Ogólnopolskiego Związku Zawodowego Pielęgniarek i Położnych Regionu Pomorskiego Krystyna Dębkowska – Chcemy, aby to spotkanie miało formę dialogu, ale nie damy się zbyć.
Dziś obchodzimy Międzynarodowy Dzień Pielęgniarki – jednak zamiast święta w większości szpitali w całej Polsce będzie manifestacja niezadowolenia. W pomorskiem pielęgniarki chcą poznać pomysły samorządowców i pracodawców na realizację przyjętych w lutym 12 postulatów. Obiecano im podwyżkę płac, negocjacje stawek godzinowych, likwidację dyżurów jednoosobowych. Związkowcy liczą, że dzisiejsza ogólnopolska akcja protestacyjna pielęgniarek pomoże im w rozmowach. Choć w województwie pomorskim ma ona charakter przede wszystkim informacyjny, przedstawiciele Komitetu Obrony Pielęgniarek i Położnych przed spotkaniem z marszałkiem odwiedzą szpitale w Kościerzynie, Gdyni i Słupsku. – Między innymi po to, aby zebrać argumenty dla pana marszałka – mówi Krystyna Dębkowska. Jeżeli rozmowy zakończą się fiaskiem, pielęgniarki nie wykluczają zaostrzenia form protestu, z odejściem od łóżek pacjentów włącznie.
