NFZ zapłaci szpitalom za każdy poród ze znieczuleniem
Zwiększy się komfort rodzenia. Od lipca NFZ płaci szpitalom za każdy poród ze znieczuleniem. Otrzyma je każda pacjentka na życzenie i bezpłatnie.
– To i tak za mało, ale chcemy pomóc pacjentkom w zmniejszeniu bólu – mówi ordynator oddziału ginekologiczno-położniczego w szpitalu w Kościerzynie Marek Moll.
Batalia o znieczulenie trwała od kilka lat. Ministerstwo Zdrowia obiecało je już w 2012 roku. Problemem jednak zawsze były pieniądze. W obecnym roku wyborczym rządzący znaleźli środki na sfinansowanie porodów bez bólu. Za każde podanie nieczulenia zewnątrzoponowego NFZ zapłaci szpitalowi dodatkowe 400 zł. Według szacunków Ministerstwa z darmowego znieczulenia może skorzystać około 16% rodzących, na co Ministerstwo przeznaczy 13 mln złotych rocznie.
