Mniej środków unijnych dla Lokalnych Grup Rybackich
Prawie trzykrotnie mniej środków unijnych niż w poprzednich latach otrzymają Lokalne Grupy Rybackie – mówił dzisiaj na naszej antenie wiceminister rolnictwa Kazimierz Plocke. Łącznie do 2020 roku będzie to 93 mln euro.
– Mimo ograniczonych środków zachęcamy grupy do korzystania z innych programów niż rybackie – mówi wiceminister Kazimierz Plocke.
Grupy działają na terenach okołorybackich, gdzie inwestują w różnicowanie działalności rybackiej i utrzymanie tradycji. W nowym programie zaplanowano sporo zmian. Między innymi połowę środków Lokalne Grupy będą musiały przeznaczyć na tworzenie bądź utrzymanie miejsc pracy i też tworzenie mikroprzedsiębiorstw. Kolejne 30 proc. ma służyć utrzymaniu tradycji rybackiej na danym terenie, czyli np. tworzenie muzeów czy skansenów. W sierpniu sejm ma przyjąć ustawę określającą ramy finansowego wsparcia w ramach programu operacyjnego „Rybactwo i morze na lata 2014-20”. We wrześniu do marszałków województw trafi informacja o podziale środków z tego funduszu.
