Liczą na lepszą frekwencję w głosowaniu na budżet obywatelski
Wspólna kampania informacyjna to szansa na lepszą frekwencję – oceniają samorządowcy z gmin zaangażowanych w Metropolitalny Budżet Obywatelski.
– Natłok informacji o różnych kampaniach prowadzonych przez pomorskie samorządy nie służył frekwencji – ocenia wiceprezydent Gdyni Michał Guć.
Głosowanie już się rozpoczęło, wciągu najbliższych dwóch tygodni na projekty zagłosują mieszkańcy Trójmiasta, Rumi i Władysławowa. Synchronizacja harmonogramu przyjmowania wniosków i głosowania, oraz wspólna promocja miały uporządkować medialny szum wokół budżetów obywatelskich. Inicjatorem metropolitalnej formuły jest pomysłodawca pierwszej w Polsce edycji budżetu obywatelskiego – samorząd Sopotu. Wiceprezydent tego miasta Marcin Skwierawski mówi, że podsumowaniem zainteresowane są nie tylko zaangażowane gminy – na statystyki czeka też Związek Miast Polskich.
Do pierwszego metropolitalnego budżetu obywatelskiego mieszkańcy Gdyni, Gdańska, Sopotu, Rumi i Władysławowa zgłosili w sumie 562 projekty. Liderem jest stolica województwa – jej mieszkańcy będą wybierali spośród 254 projektów. Głosowanie potrwa do 25 września.
