To już 10 lat współpracy powiatów puckiego i gliwickiego
„Od śledzia do wodzionki” – a pomiędzy nimi kilkadziesiąt innych, Śląskich i Kaszubskich potraw znaleźć można w książce kucharskiej o tym tytule. Wydano ją z okazji 10-lecia współpracy powiatów puckiego i gliwickiego.
– Okazało się, że niewiele o sobie wiemy, a mamy sporo wspólnych tematów – mówi ówczesny pucki starosta, Artur Jabłoński.
Zapoczątkowała ją tragedia w Hali Katowice, w której ucierpiał jeden z gołębiarzy, mieszkaniec powiatu puckiego. Gliwiczanie skontaktowali się z samorządowcami z Pucka, oferując pomoc w odnalezieniu zagubionych gołębi. Mówi przewodniczący rady powiatu gliwickiego, Andrzej Kurek. Książkę, najnowszy wynik współpracy obu samorządów, promowano podczas wizyty Ślązaków na Nordzie. Wśród 40 przepisów znalazło się 20 klasyków kaszubskich i tyle samo śląskich z modrą kapustą i roladą ze śliszkami na czele. – To tradycyjne przepisy, zaczerpnięte m.in. od znawczyń z kół gospodyń wiejskich – zapewnia wicestarosta gliwicka, Ewa Jurczyga. Dodaje pucki starosta, Jarosław Białk. Książki nie można kupić, będzie natomiast nagrodą w różnych powiatowych konkursach.
