Kaszubska żurawina będzie promować Kaszuby
Konferencją naukowo – praktyczną zaczyna się dziś w Kościerzynie I Festiwal Żurawiny. Jutro to odkrywane na nowo bogactwo z kaszubskich lasów będzie promowane na festynie w Skorzewie. Żurawina ma szansę być kolejnym – po truskawkach – produktem promującym Kaszuby. Taki jest zamysł Haliny Rogińskiej ze stowarzyszenia „Kościerska Chata”, której staraniem „Żurawina z Kaszub ucierana na surowo” w marcu tego roku trafiła na prowadzoną przez ministerstwo rolnictwa Listę Produktów Tradycyjnych. O tym jak sprawić by Żurawina byłą marką promującą Kaszuby będą dziś dyskutować na konferencji w sali im. Lubomira Szopińskiego w Kościerzynie. Rozpoczyna się ona o 10:00 a my będziemy ją relacjonować na bieżąco. W sobotę owoców i przetworów z żurawiny będzie można posmakować na festynie.
