KARTUZY: 9 ośrodek zamiejscowy Akademii Piłkarskiej Lechii Gdansk
To już 9 zamiejscowy ośrodek Akademii Piłkarskiej Lechii Gdańsk. Wczoraj oficjalnie podpisano umowę w Kartuzach. Podobne szkółki na Kaszubach już działają w Bytowie, Krokowej i Chojnicach. Ideą jest zwiększenie liczby zawodników i podniesienie jakości szkolenia młodzieży i lokalnych trenerów. Jak mówi Zdzisław Niklas, prezes GKS Cartusia, podpisanie umowy sprawia, że zespół staje się pełnoprawnym członkiem akademii jako filia w Kartuzach. Turnieje piłki nożnej na uroczystości w kartuskim gimnazjum trwały do godzin wieczornych. Kartuska szkółka jest drugą w powiecie kartuskim. Wcześniej zamiejscowy ośrodek Akademii Piłkarskiej Lechii Gdańsk powstał w Stężycy.
