Postulaty pielęgniarek wysłuchane, zostały tylko płace
Jest porozumienie w sprawie większości postulatów pielęgniarek – jednak nie zakończono negocjacji w sprawie podwyżki płac. To wynik rozmów przy okrągłym stole w Gdańsku.
Zasiedli przy nim wczoraj posłowie, samorządowcy, przedstawiciele NFZ, dyrektorzy szpitali – z inicjatywy pielęgniarek, które chcą poprawy warunków pracy i podniesienia pensji. Debata zakończyła się podpisaniem 11 z 12 postulatów – dotyczących m.in. płatnych staży pracy, zatrudnianiu pielęgniarki w każdej szkole czy likwidacji pojedynczych dyżurów na oddziałach. Przy okrągłym stole zabrakło wczoraj jasnej deklaracji na temat wdrożenia trzyletniego programu wzrostu wynagrodzeń. Podwyżki mają być jeszcze negocjowane. W pomorskiem co roku z zawodu odchodzi 300 pielęgniarek – z powodu coraz trudniejszych warunków pracy i niskich pensji.
