Jest podejrzenie nieuprawnionego obrotu lekami
O nielegalny obrót lekami Wojewoda Pomorski podejrzewa jeden z podmiotów leczniczych działających na Pomorzu. Zawiadomienie w tej sprawie już trafiło do gdańskiej prokuratury.
– Sygnały do skontrolowania placówki przyszły z Krakowa i Poznania – zdradza rzecznik Pomorskiego Wojewody, Roman Nowak.
To efekt prowadzonej w czerwcu na polecenie wojewody kontroli w jednej z pomorskich firm medycznych, której nazwy Urząd Wojewódzki nie chce ujawniać. Kontrolerzy jednoznacznie ustalili brak wzajemnego powiązania pomiędzy rodzajem oraz ilością zakupionych leków a charakterem i skalą działalności podmiotu leczniczego. Nadmierna ilość skupowanych medykamentów mogła być przedmiotem nielegalnego handlu lekami w tzw. odwróconym łańcuchu.
Wojewoda Pomorski zawiadomił w czwartek prokuraturę o ustaleniach kontrolerów.
