Dziś startuje tegoroczna kwalifikacja wojskowa, potrwa do 29-go kwietnia.
Przed komisjami lekarskimi muszą się stawić mężczyźni urodzeni w 1997 roku, a także w latach latach ’92-96, jeśli nie mają określonej kategorii zdolności do czynnej służby wojskowej. Kwalifikacji podlegają też osoby urodzone w latach ’95-96, jeśli zostały wcześniej uznane za czasowo niezdolne do czynnej służby wojskowej ze względu na stan zdrowia. Przed komisjami staną także kobiety urodzone w latach 1992-97, które mają kwalifikacje przydatne do czynnej służby wojskowej. Obowiązek ten dotyczy też pań kończących naukę w szkołach lub uczelniach medycznych i weterynaryjnych oraz na kierunkach psychologicznych, a także studentek lub absolwentek tych szkół lub kierunków. Ponadto kwalifikacja obejmie osoby, które ukończyły 18 lat i zgłosiły się do wojska na ochotnika, jeżeli nie mają do tej pory orzeczonej kategorii zdolności do czynnej służby wojskowej. Kwalifikacja zastąpiła pobór. Za niestawienie się do kwalifikacji, podobnie jak wcześniej za niestawienie się przed komisją poborową, grozi grzywna lub kara ograniczenia wolności.
