Dworce sezonowe – pomysł PKP na usprawnienie obsługi
Do otwarcia dworców sezonowych na Półwyspie Helskim przymierza się spółka PKP. Mają powstać w Juracie, Jastarni i Kuźnicy – w 2017 roku.
Dworce sezonowe to niewielkie obiekty modułowe, w których znajdzie się między innymi poczekalnia, niewielki lokal usługowy oraz zadaszona wiata. Szacowany koszt pojedynczego dworca to ok. 1 mln zł. Ma on zapewniać podróżnym niezbędną infrastrukturę, przy jednoczesnym tańszym koszcie budowy i utrzymania. Obiekty na Półwyspie mają powstać w ramach pilotażowego projektu Innowacyjne Dworce Systemowe. Zakłada on wyburzenie dotychczasowych dworców i postawienie w ich miejscu nowych, mniejszych obiektów. Mają to być kompaktowe, parterowe budynki, zbudowane z prefabrykowanych elementów i według standardowego wzoru, dopasowanego wzornictwem detali do konkretnej lokalizacji. Dzięki wcześniejszym analizom potencjału komercyjnego, dworce mają być lepiej zagospodarowane i dostosowane do potrzeb lokalnych społeczności.
