Doradcy będą w ZUS pomagać zadłużonym płatnikom
Doradcy do spraw ulg i umorzeń będą w ZUS pomagać zadłużonym płatnikom. W województwie pomorskim od 1 listopada będzie 13 takich stanowisk.
Z pomocy doradców będą mogli skorzystać wszyscy klienci mający problemy ze spłatą należności z tytułu składek. Zadaniem doradców będzie m.in. wskazanie najdogodniejszego sposobu uregulowania zadłużenia, wydanie i objaśnienie aktualnych druków i formularzy, a także pomoc przy ich wypełnieniu. Doradcy będą też informować o etapach rozpatrywania wniosku. Będzie się z nimi można kontaktować osobiście w placówkach ZUS, mailowo oraz telefonicznie.
W województwie pomorskim od 1 listopada powstanie 13 stanowisk doradców do spraw ulg i umorzeń. Po 3 stanowiska w siedzibie Oddziału ZUS w Gdańsku i w Inspektoracie w Gdyni, po 2 stanowiska w Inspektoratach Gdańsk Wrzeszcz i Wejherowo. Do tego 2 stanowiska w siedzibie Oddziału w Słupsku i jedno w Inspektoracie Chojnice.
